Whoever—\n(1) refuses to appear before the Consumer Services Administration when summoned; or\n(2) refuses to testify; or\n(3) testifies falsely; or\n(4) fails to produce invoices or documents required; or\n(5) sells at a price other than prescribed by the Consumer Services Administration or by the Director of Consumer Services on appeal; or\n(6) violates any rule or regulation promulgated by the Consumer Services Administration under this chapter—\nshall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 180 days, or both.
