U.S. Virgin Islands § 1207 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

If a person, copartnership, association, or corporation carrying on business in the United States Virgin Islands shall fail or refuse to file the certificate required by this chapter, the Lieutenant Governor shall refer the matter to the Attorney General who may institute an action in the District Court to enjoin the carrying on of such business.
