(a) A license to hunt birds or furred animals may be issued to citizens who have resided in the United States Virgin Islands for one year or more upon the payment of $2 per season or fraction thereof.\n(b) A license to hunt deer may be issued to such citizens upon the payment of $3 per season or fraction thereof.
