(a) Mongooses may be hunted at any time of the year.\n(b) The Commissioner shall pay the sum of 25 cents for each mongoose delivered, dead or alive.\n(c) Whoever breeds the mongoose for the purpose of obtaining the bounty prescribed by this section shall be fined not more than $25, and all the mongooses in his possession shall be confiscated and destroyed by the Commissioner.
