U.S. Virgin Islands § 68 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Any person witnessing an offense defined in subchapter II, III, or IV of this chapter may require the offender to give him his name and address. Any such offender who refuses to do so, or who gives a fictitious name or address, shall, in addition to any penalty imposed for the original violation, be fined not more than $25.
