(a) The following area is declared a preserve for the propagation and restoration of wild deer:\nThe entire area of St. Croix lying east of the town of Christiansted commencing one mile offshore of the area known as Mt. Welcome and including the entire area of Mt. Welcome; then running south along the western edge of Spring Gut Road continuing to and including the area known as Estate Longford and extending one mile offshore; then continuing easterly including all the land area and one mile offshore from the eastern end of St. Croix known as East Point.\n(b) [Omitted.]
