Not later than six months after the effective date of this chapter, the Director shall submit to the Legislature a report containing-\n(1) an inventory of renewable and alternative energy sources available in the Virgin Islands for consumers; and\n(2) a projection of future inventories of renewable and alternative sources of energy.
