U.S. Virgin Islands § 164 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both.\n(b) The Commissioner shall, regardless of the criminal provisions of this section, have the power, upon finding a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, to withhold, modify, amend, revoke, or suspend any license or permit authorized or issued under this chapter.
