(a) All public fish markets in the United States Virgin Islands heretofore established under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture are hereby transferred to and continued without interruption within the Department of Conservation and Cultural Affairs.\n(b) The Commissioner of Conservation and Cultural Affairs is authorized to establish a schedule of reasonable fees for the use of the facilities and to issue appropriate rules and regulations in the manner provided by law to govern the use of the fish markets.
