(a) Any Pharmacist, when dispensing a prescription, shall indicate on the container, the month, followed by the year, in which the risk of spoilage, loss of value, or loss of effectiveness of the prescription can reasonably be expected to occur.\n(b) The date required by subsection (a) of this section shall be identical to the pull date of the dispensing bottle and shall be presented in a size, manner and style easily legible to the purchaser.
