Each item of property displayed or offered in connection with a rental-purchase agreement must have stamped or affixed to the property a card, tag or label that clearly and conspicuously discloses only the following:\n(a) whether the property is new or used;\n(b) the price of the property in a cash sale;\n(c) the amount of each rental payment;\n(d) the total number of rental payments necessary to acquire ownership of the property; and\n(e) the total dollar amount of rental payments necessary to acquire ownership of the property.
