(a) The first meeting of every corporation may be called by any of the persons signing the articles of incorporation upon not less than thirty days prior notice to each of the incorporators. Such notice shall designate the time and place of the meeting, which may be within or without the United States Virgin Islands, and shall state the purpose for which the meeting is called. The notice shall be delivered, personally or by depositing postpaid in the mail properly addressed, to each incorporator.\n(b) If all the incorporators sign a written waiver of notice and fix a time and place of meeting, then no notice as required by subsection (a) of this section shall be required.\n(c) The first meeting shall be held within one year of the filing of the articles of incorporation or the corporation shall ipso facto be dissolved.
