U.S. Virgin Islands § 373 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Every foreign corporation which has qualified to do business in the United States Virgin Islands shall file annually in the office of the Lieutenant Governor, not later than April 15, a report authenticated by the signature of the president or the vice-president and of the treasurer or the assistant treasurer. The report shall contain—\n(1) a true and exact statement of the amount of the corporation's capital which is used in conducting business within the United States Virgin Islands;\n(2) a true and exact general balance sheet showing the financial condition of the corporation at the close of its last fiscal year;\n(3) a profit and loss statement for the last fiscal year of the corporation; and\n(4) such other information related thereto as may be required by the Lieutenant Governor.\nThere shall be included in the report a list of the names and addresses of all the directors and officers of the corporation and the expiration dates of their terms of office.
