The Corporate and Trade Name Division of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor shall provide information by telephone to any person who makes a telephone request for the following information:\n(1) The availability of a corporate name;\n(2) Whether a corporation's certificate of incorporation or authority has been voided or revoked;\n(3) The name and address of the registered agent of a corporation;\n(4) The date of incorporation of a domestic corporation, or the date of qualification of a foreign corporation;\n(5) The name and address of a corporation that has filed a trade name;\n(6) Any other information contained in documents filed with the Corporate and Trade Name Division of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, which, in the discretion of the Lieutenant Governor, is readily available.
