(a) An agent for service of process of a limited liability company may resign by delivering to the office of the Lieutenant Governor for filing a record of the statement of resignation.\n(b) After filing a statement of resignation, the Lieutenant Governor shall mail a copy to the designated office and another copy to the limited liability company at its principal office.\n(c) An agency is terminated on the 31st day after the statement is filed in the office of the Lieutenant Governor.
