(a) A dissociated member or a limited liability company may file in the office of the Lieutenant Governor a statement of dissociation stating the name of the company and that the member is dissociated from the company.\n(b) For the purposes of sections 1301 and 1703 of this chapter, a person not a member is deemed to have notice of the dissociation 90 days after the statement of dissociation is filed.
