The articles of incorporation shall contain:\n(a) The name of the corporation.\n(b) The purposes for which it is formed.\n(c) The island on which the principal office for the transaction of the business of the corporation is located.\n(d) The number of its directors, which shall be not less than 5 nor more than 25.\n(e) The names and post-office addresses of the directors, who shall serve until the first annual meeting.\n(f) The names and post-office addresses of the subscribers for shares and a statement of the number of shares which each agrees to take in the corporation.
