U.S. Virgin Islands § 303 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Any person who knowingly introduces any bodily fluid or bodily waste into the food or drink of a correctional officer, staff member, private contractor or employee of any correctional facility or court of the Virgin Islands, police officer or authorized visitor to a correctional facility or court shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years and subject to a fine of up to $5,000. Such sentence must be served consecutively to any sentence currently being served and does not preclude the imposition of any additional administrative penalty of the correctional facility.\n(b) Any person who knowingly introduces any bodily fluid or bodily waste into the food or drink of a person not listed in subsection (a) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months and subject to a fine of up to $1,000.
