U.S. Virgin Islands § 476 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Home invasion in violation of subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2) is punishable by a term of imprisonment of not less than 10 years nor more than 15 years;\n(b) Home invasion in violation of subsection (a)(3) is punishable by a term of imprisonment for not less than 15 years nor more than 20 years;\n(c) Home invasion in violation of subsection (a)(4) is punishable by a term of imprisonment for not less than 20 years, nor more than 25 years;\n(d) Home invasion in violation of subsection (a)(5) is punishable by a term of imprisonment for not less than 25 years, nor more than 30 years, provided, however, that no person who violates this subsection shall be eligible for parole, but shall serve his entire sentence.
