U.S. Virgin Islands § 706 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Whoever, with intent to harass or alarm another person—\n(1) communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, or by telegraph, mail or any other form of written communication, in a manner likely to harass or alarm; or\n(2) makes a telephone call, whether or not a conversation ensues, with no purpose of legitimate communication, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both.
