U.S. Virgin Islands § 133 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) A person commits the offense of trafficking an individual if the person knowingly recruits, transports, transfers, harbors, receives, provides, obtains, isolates, maintains, or entices an individual in furtherance of:\n(1) forced labor in violation of section 134; or\n(2) sexual servitude in violation of section 135.\n(b) Trafficking an individual who is an adult is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 25 years.\n(c) Trafficking an individual who is a minor is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than 25 years.
