U.S. Virgin Islands § 832 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Whoever—\n(1) fraudulently removes his property or effects beyond the jurisdiction of the courts or fraudulently sells, conveys, assigns, or conceals his property, with intent to defraud, hinder, or delay his creditors of their rights, claims, or demands; or\n(2) having an action pending against him or a judgment for the recovery of any personal property rendered against him, fraudulently conceals, sells, or disposes of such property with intent to hinder, delay or defraud the person bringing such action or recovering such judgment, or with such intent removes such property beyond the jurisdiction of the courts in which it may be at the time of the commencement of such action or the rendering of such judgment—\nshall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
