Whoever, after once selling, bartering, or disposing of any property, real or personal, or any interest therein, or after executing any bond or agreement for the sale of such property, again willfully and with intent to defraud previous or subsequent purchasers—\n(1) sells, barters, or disposes of the same property, or any part thereof, or interest therein; or\n(2) executes any bond or agreement to sell, barter, or dispose of the same property, or any part thereof, or interest therein—\nto any other person for a valuable consideration, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
