U.S. Virgin Islands § 1025 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Every person who, with knowledge that a person is a minor under 18 years of age, or who, while in possession of such facts that he should reasonably know that such person is a minor under 18 years of age, knowingly distributes to, or sends or causes to be sent to, or exhibits to, or offers to distribute any obscene matter to a minor under 18 years of age, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(b) Any parent, guardian or adult who in the company of a minor under his or her control permits, allows or otherwise causes said minor to enter any premises engaged in any activities prohibited by this section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
