Whoever—\n(1) engages in prostitution, lewdness or assignation;\n(2) procures or solicits, or offers to procure or solicit, for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation;\n(3) keeps, sets up or maintains any place, structure, building or conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation;\n(4) permits any place, structure, building or conveyance owned by him, or under his control, to be used for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation with knowledge or reasonable cause to know that the same is, or is to be, used for such purpose;\n(5) receives, or offers or agrees to receive, any person into any place, structure, building or conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation, or permits any person to remain there for such purpose;\n(6) directs, takes or transports, or offers or agrees to take or transport, any person to any place, structure or building, or to any other person with knowledge or reasonable cause to know that the purpose of such directing, taking or transporting is prostitution, lewdness or assignation; or\n(7) resides in, enters or remains in any place, structure or building, or enters or remains in any

the purpose of such directing, taking or transporting is prostitution, lewdness or assignation; or\n(7) resides in, enters or remains in any place, structure or building, or enters or remains in any conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation—\nshall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 180 days, or both.
