(a) Nothing under this chapter shall be construed as a waiver of sovereign immunity for the United States Virgin Islands, its departments and agencies.\n(b) Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, any person acting under good faith pursuant to the requirements of this Chapter shall be immune from any civil or criminal liability arising out of such actions.
