U.S. Virgin Islands § 1741 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) Whoever enters upon the land of another without the consent of the owner or of the person in charge thereof, shall be fined not more than $50 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.\n(b) Whoever enters upon the land or premises of a domestic violence center without the consent of the owner, operator or person in charge of the domestic violence center, shall be sentenced to not less than one year, but not more than three years.
