Whoever—\n(1) uses force or violence in entering upon or detaining any lands or other property, public or private; or\n(2) enters another's domicile without the consent of the tenant—\nshall, except in the cases and in the manner prescribed by law, be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
