Whoever, being a male person over eighteen years of age, willfully neglects or refuses to aid and assist in—\n(1) taking or arresting any person against whom there may be issued any process;\n(2) retaking any person who, after being arrested or confined, may have escaped from such arrest or confinement; or\n(3) preventing any breach of peace, or the commission of any crime—\nbeing thereto lawfully required by any marshal or other officer concerned with the administration of justice, shall be fined not more than $200.
