(a) A conveyance executed by an executor or administrator shall set forth the date of the order directing the sale, and the book, number thereof, and page containing the same, and the date of the order confirming the sale and directing the conveyance, and the book, number thereof, and page containing the same, and the title of the court making such orders, and shall operate to convey all the estate, right, and interest of the testator or intestate in the premises at the time of his death.\n(b) The order of confirmation of sale is conclusive as to the regularity of the sale and no further. All purchases of the property of the estate by an executor or administrator, however, made, whether directly or indirectly, are prohibited and if made are void.
