(a) A tribunal of the Virgin Islands shall apply Articles A through F and, as applicable, Article G, to a support proceeding involving:\n(1) a foreign support order;\n(2) a foreign tribunal; or\n(3) an obligee, obligor, or child residing in a foreign country.\n(b) A tribunal of the Virgin Islands that is requested to recognize and enforce a support order on the basis of comity may apply the procedural and substantive provisions of Articles A through F.\n(c) Omitted.\n(d) Article G applies only to a support proceeding under the Convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of Article G is inconsistent with Articles A through F, Article G controls.
