For granting the concession stated in section 251 and 252 of this title, it is required that—\n(1) the minor be over eighteen years of age and have the necessary ability to manage and administer his property;\n(2) the minor consent to the emancipation; and\n(3) such emancipation be deemed advantageous to the minor.
