U.S. Virgin Islands § 307 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Veterans who have received transportation assistance to study outside of the Virgin Islands shall be eligible to have the costs of their transportation back to the Virgin Islands defrayed, upon completion of the course of study. Application for such assistance shall be made to the Office of the Governor, Division of Veterans Affairs within three months after completion of the course. The Office of the Governor, Division of Veterans Affairs shall, out of funds provided for the purpose, defray the actual transportation costs of the veteran, provided that the veteran has satisfactorily completed his course of study.
