(a) The School shall be administered by a Board of Governors consisting of seven persons: the Chairman of the Board of Career and Technical Education, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Hotel and Tourism Association, and four other persons appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature.
