Notwithstanding any other law or rules or regulations to the contrary, veterans of the armed forces of the United States who have received certification of good health upon discharge from the armed forces shall, for a period not to exceed 120 days after such certification, not be required to pass a physical examination as a condition to admission into the University of the Virgin Islands.
