The Commissioner shall charge a fee of $50.00 per student enrolled in the Automobile Driver Education and Training Program. However, the fee shall be $100.00 if the student is an Adult Education student. The monies derived from such fees shall be deposited in the Automobile Driver Education and Training Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands.
