U.S. Virgin Islands § 348 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

Each candidate for any public or party office shall file with his nomination petition his affidavit, stating:\n(1) his residence, with street and number if any, and his post office address;\n(2) his election district;\n(3) the name of the office for which he consents to be a candidate;\n(4) that he is eligible for such office;\n(5) that he will not knowingly violate any provision of this title; and\n(6) if he is a candidate for election as a member of the territorial committee or other party officer, that he is a registered and enrolled member of the designated party.
