U.S. Virgin Islands § 556 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) There may be no electioneering within 200 feet of the polling place property boundary lines, as designated by the chairman of the board of elections in the election district, prior to the date of a primary or general election, as the polling grounds incidental to the polling place. For the purposes of this section, 'electioneering' shall include the checking of lists or writing of names by any person. A person may be ejected from the polling grounds upon the determination by the judge of election or, in his absence, by both of the election inspectors, that such person is electioneering within such polling grounds or is otherwise disrupting the election procedure.\n(b) [Repealed.]
