There shall be two polling districts for the Island of St. John and adjacent islets and cays, as follows:\n(1) The Cruz Bay polling district, comprising the Cruz Bay and Reef Bay quarters of the Island of Saint John, Grass, Mingo, Lovango and Congo Cays and adjacent islets and cays; and\n(2) The Coral Bay polling district, comprising the Coral Bay, East End and Maho Bay quarters of the Island of Saint John, Flanagan Island and adjacent islets and cays.
