(a) The clerk of the Superior Court shall, on or before the 15th day of each calendar month, forward to the Commissioner, free of cost, a certified copy of each certificate of marriage filed with him during the preceding calendar month.\n(b) The marriage certificate shall contain the following details:\n(1) The given names, surnames, age at last birthday, date and place of birth, nationality, usual residence and previous marital status (never married, widowed, divorced, marriage annulled) of bride and groom;\n(2) date and place of marriage;\n(3) date and place of issuance of license;\n(4) name and title of officiant;\n(5) signature and title of local recording officer; and\n(6) date recorded.
