If a jury is impanelled as provided in section 1134 of this title, the following oath shall be administered: 'You and each of you do solemnly swear or affirm that upon all the issues about to be submitted to you in the matter of the Government of the Virgin Islands against , the defendant, you will a true verdict render according to the evidence, So help you God.'
