As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise—\n'plumbing system' means the water supply and distribution pipes; plumbing fixtures and traps; soil, waste, and vent pipes; building drains and building sewers, including their respective connections, devices and appurtenances within the property lines of the premises, and water treating or water using equipment; and 'public sewer system' means the system of drainage through the sewer lines owned and/or operated by the government of the Virgin Islands. 'Waste Management Authority' means the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority established pursuant to Title 29, Chapter 8, of this Code.
