Any person who makes any false statement in procuring any permit required by this chapter, or who removes any dead body from this Territory for the purpose of cremation upon an ordinary removal permit, or who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned not more than five years.
