The Commissioner shall, with respect to those areas designated by the Legislature as urban renewal areas, work closely with and cooperate with the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority in achieving its objectives in the urban renewal area and shall coordinate his activities with those of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority; the Commissioner shall further give his aid and assistance in the formulation and carrying out of the workable programs authorized by section 153 of Title 29.
