At such times as it becomes necessary upon request of the Commissioner of Agriculture, the Governor of the Virgin Islands is hereby given authority to detail such number of policemen as in his opinion is wise to act as representatives of the Commissioner of Agriculture, and when so detailed such policemen shall have any or all of the powers as the Governor of the Virgin Islands in making such detail, may determine.
