(a) The term 'Virgin Islands Identification Card' shall mean and refer to a non driver identification card, a non real ID Identification Card, or Territorial Identification Card issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\n(b) The term 'Director' shall mean the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
