(a) Except as indicated in section 433, subsection (b) of this chapter and Title 33, chapter 111, section 3084, Virgin Islands Code, all fees levied pursuant to this chapter shall be collected by the Director of Motor Vehicles and covered into the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands.\n(b) Fees levied pursuant to section 433, subsection (b) of this chapter, shall be collected by the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission and shall be covered into the Taxi License Fund established under Title 33, section 3067, Virgin Islands Code.
