(a) In addition to the provisions of this chapter, operators of motor vehicles shall observe the general traffic regulations contained in the Police Regulations set out in Title 23, and such traffic and parking regulations as may from time to time be published by the Police Commissioner.\n(b) Motor vehicles shall stop or proceed immediately when so ordered by members of the police force.
