The Police Commissioner may establish parking areas for fishermen to sell fish and other seafood from their motor vehicles, at the northside of the Rothschild Francis Square, the Lionel Roberts Stadium, Frenchtown, Fort Mylner and at such other locations as he determines serve the purpose of this chapter and the public interest.
