(a) Each department or agency of the executive branch shall render assistance and services as may be requested by the Authority in aid of its functions\n(b) The Authority shall file with the Governor and the Legislature within 90 days after the end of its fiscal year, a report of its operation with respect to this chapter, receipts and expenditures during the year, its assets and liabilities, including a schedule of outstanding guarantees, at the end of such year, and additional information as the Governor shall prescribe. This report shall be open to public inspection.\n(c) The Authority shall at least once every year contract with a private auditor to examine the books and accounts of the Authority with respect to this chapter and render a financial report to the Governor and the Legislature.
